Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect personal information — aligned with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Last updated: 2026. Acquire Insights (ABN 79 162 452 084) ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.

What we collect

When you contact us or submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, organisation, role, email, phone, and details of the contract or question you'd like help with. We do not collect sensitive information through this website.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information. We use it only for the purpose you provided it, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.

How the form works

Our enquiry form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards submissions to our email. Information submitted is transmitted securely and stored in our business email and records systems.

Disclosure

We may disclose information to service providers who help us operate (for example, email and form-handling providers), and where required by law. Where engagements involve client data, that data is handled under the terms of the relevant engagement, kept confidential, and clients are anonymised in any public material unless we have written permission.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a privacy concern by emailing sthompson@acquireinsights.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
